Ebben D. Wright, 21, of Topeka, passed away August 22,2005.
He was born August 7, 1984 in Topeka, the son of Belinda Marie Lewis and Timothy Wright.
He was a 2002 graduate of Highland Park High School. He was a video programmer and had held several other jobs. He was involved in a variety of activities, most notably video games and DDR. He will be deeply missed by his loving family and many friends.
His mother, godmother, brother, sister and cousins would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Sherriff Barta, The Shawnee County Sherriff''s Dept, all of the diver's who devoted their time amd efforts, The American Red Cross, The Topeka Police Dept., Detective Breede and Captain Crane, and everyone else who assisted with the search.
Survivors include his mother, Belinda Marie Lewis, Topeka; Godmother, Wanetta Bean, Topeka; Brother, Jason Wright, Topeka; Sister, Maya Brown, San Diego, CA; Grandfather James R. Lewis, Topeka; Grandmother Wanda Bean, Topeka; several nieces and nephews; a host of cousins and loving friends; and father Timothy R. Wright, Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Edden will lie in state after 9:00 am Monday, August 29 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home. The casket will remain closed. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am that day at the funeral home with burial to follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.
