Effie "Marie" Martindale, 91, Topeka, died June 24, 2010. She worked for St. Francis Hospital from 1976 until her retirement. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Donaldson, Fallon, NV; Sheila Sender, Topeka; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded by her son Gary.
Memorial donations may be made to Midland Hospice Care Services, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
A private family graveside inurnment will be held at a later date.
