Ernesto Alvarado, 72, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. He was born July 1, 1944 in San Antonio, TX, the son of Benito and Esther (Romero) Alvarado.
Survivors include three children, Michael (Amanda) Alvarado, Melissa Alvarado and Christina Alvarado-Patterson, all of Topeka, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and his siblings, David Alvarado, Juanio Alvarado, Rosie Castio, Rachel Nichols, Irma Gonzalez, Mary Ramirez and Gracie Montalvo.
As per Ernesto's wishes, cremation has taken place and no memorial services are planned.
Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting the family.
