Eva M. Atchison, 91, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2019. She was born May 6, 1928 in Shoemaker, New Mexico, the daughter of Jose and Servana (Romero) Morales.
Eva was employed by St. Francis Hospital before retiring in 1985.
Eva was married 31 years to George W. Atchison, Jr. (1954). He preceded her in death on February 28, 2017. She was also preceded in death by one son, Walter L. Atchison.
Survivors include sons, Steve Atchison, Topeka; Ed Atchison (Penny), Topeka; daughter, Beatrice (Ron) Wilkerson, Florida; grandchildren Arron Atchison, Aubree May (James), Ron Wilkerson Jr., Rodney Wilkerson (Vanessa), 7 great grandchildren & 1 great-great grandson.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 3601 SW 17th St., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
