Fiel M. Luna
Fiel M. Luna, 58, of Topeka, passed away on Sept. 3, 2010. He was born on Sept. 29, 1951, in the Philippines, the son of Angel and Natividad Luna.
Fiel was a 1974 graduate of Philadelphia College of Arts. He worked at the Topeka Zoo, Hall Printing, and most recently East Topeka Senior Center. Fiel was a parish member of Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church in North Topeka.
Fiel is survived by sisters, Araceli Luna and Dina (John) Maler; brother, Raul (Gayla) Luna; several nieces and nephews; and great nephews and niece. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dr. Luz Luna-Edrozo.
Cremation is planned and a Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010, at Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church in North Topeka, with Father Bill Bruning officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church, 2014 NW 46th, Topeka, KS 66618, Midland Care Hospice Services, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606, or the American Cancer Society, 1315 SW Arrowhead, Topeka, KS 66604.
