Frances Darrow, 75, of Topeka, passed away Friday, October 2, 2020.
She was born August 10, 1945, in Okay, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jefferson D. and Lula Belle (Darrow) Cox.
Frances was employed by the State of Kansas.
Mrs. Darrow was a member of First Southern Baptist Church of Topeka and worked in the church library for over 30 years. Frances enjoyed reading, sewing, watching sports (Little League baseball, Chiefs football, and KU basketball).
Frances married Jack Darrow on October 24, 1964, in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Survivors include her husband; children, DeAnna (Mario) Guzman, Debra (Kurt) McCann, and Jeff (Pam) Darrow, Peggy Holliday, all of Topeka and Larry (Pat) Darrow of Minnesota; grandchildren, Evelyn, Jonathan, Trenton, Travis, DeAndra, Jason, Errick, Ethan, Jacob, Lindsay, Sara, Sean, Molly, Katy, Cory, Nena, Nicole, Tonya, Heather, Rachel, and Shelagh; numerous great-grandkids; and her brother Arthur Cox. She was preceded in death by her son Lewis Darrow, sister Nora Jenkins and brother-in-law Roy Jenkins.
Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice and the American Cancer Society.
