Gail Ann Earley

January 18, 1963 — October 26, 2021

God's will took our precious Gail A. Earley (age 58) to His heavenly home on October 26, 2021. Gail was born on January 18, 1963 at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Gail attended Dodge City (KS) public schools and graduated high school in 1981. She also attended schooling for nursing at Kilgore Junior College in Texas.

She returned to Topeka in 1988 and started her 31 year career at Hallmark Cards in Topeka and retired in 2018 at their Lawrence location. Before Hallmark she worked at Mize-Houser Financials in Topeka. Gail's hobbies and interests were ham radio operating - she was certified in Morse code. She played Bunco regularly with her friends. Gail enjoyed drag racing and Nascar. Her favorite football team was the Kansas City Chiefs. Gail collected Hallmark ornaments until 2018. Gail was a very loving, caring and family-oriented individual and will be sorely missed by all.

Gail is survived by her domestic partner Duane Kitchens of Topeka, her mother Shirley L. Thomas of the home, father Joseph L. Earley and wife Vivian of Longview, Texas, sister Deborah J. Klingler and husband Mike of Debary, Florida, one nephew Brandon K. Butler of Lawrence, six step-siblings, four nieces and many other family members.
