Gary Dean Hovey, 61, Auburn, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at his home.
He was born June 15, 1944 in Montrose, Colorado, the son of James Bruce and Wilda Marie Moore Hovey. He lived most of his life in the Auburn area.
He was preceded in death by his father and his twin sister, Gayle Marie Hovey in 1975.
Survivors include his mother, Wilda Marie Hovey, Topeka; two brothers, James Hovey, Auburn and George Hovey, Dodge City.
Mr. Hovey will lie in state from 8 am to noon Monday at Newcomer Family Funeral Home. Private family graveside services will be held at Simmerwell Cemetery, Auburn.
