Gary H. Richardson

Gary H. Richardson, 72, of Topeka, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011 at his home. He was born January 15, 1939 in Enid, OK, the son of Roy and Grace (Haller) Richardson.
He was raised in Topeka, and graduated from Topeka High School in 1957. He was employed as a truck driver with Falley's Foods. Gary married Connie L. Wagner-Wilson on March 24, 2000 in Topeka. She survives. He is also survived by daughters, Lisa Schwartz, Topeka, Angela Thomas, Las Vegas, NV; son, Roy D. Richardson, Grand Forks, ND; sister, Nancy Cover, St. Paul, MN; four grandsons; four step-sons; and nine great-grandchildren. Gary was a member of the Capital City R.C. Club and he enjoyed flying.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 15, at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service in Topeka. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
