Gaynelle Preston, 95, passed away Friday, October 28, 2005, at Midland Hospice House, after a short illness. She was born November 2, 1909 in Fort Scott, KS, the daughter of Albert A. and Mae Travis Davis.
She owned two Merle Norman Cosmetic Studios in the Topeka area until her retirement at the age of 70. She was a member of the Shawnee Country Club since WW II.
She married Harlow Preston October 28, 1939, he preceded her in death.
Survivors include: A cousin Marian Haller, Ft. Scott, KS., and numerous friends.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
