Gene Loren Breitkreutz, Jr.

Gene Loren Breitkreutz Jr., 64, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014. He was born February 7, 1950, in Stanton, Nebraska, the son of Gene and Frances (Pettit) Breitkreutz.

Gene is survived by his children, Kandi Breitkreutz, Mikeal (Rebekah), Shane, James (Johz), Bryan-Travis, Kyle, Tyler, and Jonathan; 15 grandkids; 1 great-grandchild; sister, Sandy McInerney (Jim) and brother, Thomas Breitkreutz. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Gene enjoyed bowling, hunting and fishing.

A memorial ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 1, 2014, at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 4020 S.W. 6th Avenue, Topeka, Kansas 66606. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Global Missions, P.O. Box 161 Topeka, KS 66601.
