Geneva M. Duncan, 86, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at a Topeka care facility. She was born on April 24, 1924 in Coffey County, the daughter of W.C. and Mary M. Ferris Kellum. She resided in the Tecumseh and Topeka communities her entire life.
Geneva married William E. Duncan on April 13, 1940 in Lyndon. He preceded her in death on February 28, 1982. She was also preceded in death by her three sisters; Ruby Germann, Billie Inloes and Verna Brosemer and two brothers; Georgie Kellum and C.W. Kellum. Survivors include one daughter, Wilma Jean (Sherman) Schultz of Berryton, one granddaughter, Victoria Schultz of Topeka, one grandson, Joseph E. (Sonia) Schultz of Alexandria, VA and one sister, Benita Knight of Stover, MO.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Topeka Cemetery.
