Genevieve A. Schuette

Genevieve A. Schuette, 79, of Berryton, has fallen asleep in death, Sunday June 5, 2011. She was born August 5, 1931 in Abilene, KS, the first daughter of Fred H. and Eva Belle (Elder) Phelps. They moved to Topeka in the early 1940's.
Genevieve married Frank R. Schuette on May 20, 1950, and they resided in Berryton. He survives. She is also survived by one sister, Patricia Bell Grant, Smith Station, AL; three daughters, Patricia M. Anaya, Berryton, Jeannine L. Swanson, Lawrence, Eva S. Schuette, Berryton; eight grandchildren, Brian Schuette, Grand Junction, CO, Michael Schuette, Las Vegas, NV, Sherri Lewis and Mistee Deweese, Tulsa, OK, Adam Waters, Austin, TX, Amber Waters, Lawrence, Sierra Seedig, Albertville, AL, Ana Schuette, Lawrence; five great-grandchildren, Kyler Day, Nathan Lewis, Mackenzi Lewis, Jacob Deweese,and Vivian Hope Seedig. She was preceded in death by a brother, Arnold H. Phelps, and her son, Daniel Frank Shuette.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 11 at Shawnee Meadows Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2701 SE Croco Rd. Topeka, KS 66605.
