Gerald "Jeremy" Miller

Gerald "Jeremy" Miller, 86, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at a Topeka hospital. He was born March 16, 1938.

Jeremy was an Air Force Veteran. He grew up in Minneapolis, Kansas. Jeremy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education and taught school in Lawrence and later was employed by KNI where he retired. He later was employed as an Adjunct Professor of English at Washburn University.

Jeremy married Oma B. Lacey. They later divorced. He later married Karen Brown. She survives. Other survivors include children, Emily R. Miller, James F. Miller, one step-son, Chad Brown, two granddaughters, Aaliyah and Alicia, one great-grandson, Mavick and two nieces, Sarah and Amy.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his twin brother, Stephen Miller and Jeremy’s step-son, Kirk Brown.

A private Celebration of Jeremy's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a late date.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
