Harold R. Bradford, 95, of Topeka, passed away Friday, July 13, 2007. He married Zelta L. Chapman on August 6, 1931. She survives. Other survivors include three sons, Richard Bradford and wife, Helen, Perry Bradford and wife, Betty, and Tom Bradford and wife, Roberta, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Bradford's family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Avenue with his funeral service to begin at 2:00 p.m. Entombment will be at Mount Hope Mausoleum. He will lie in state at the funeral home from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. on Monday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be given to Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, Kansas 66606.
