Hector "Kekoa" Melendez, 10 months, passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019. He was born November 26, 2018 in Shreveport, LA, the son of Hector and Jazmin K. Melendez, Jr.
Survivors include his parents, Hector and Jazmin Melendez, Jr., paternal grandparents, Hector and Susana Melendez, maternal grandparents, Tracy Hernandez, Joel and Amanda Ayala, and Maggie Mendoza.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 20, 2019 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave.
Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
