Helen L. "Muzz" Knapp, 85, Topeka, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018.
Helen was born July 24, 1933 in Manhattan, the daughter of George L. and Elsie M. (Hanlin) Moshier. She graduated from Manhattan High School.
She was employed with the State of Kansas, Department of Aging for 20 years, retiring in 1995.
Survivors include her children, Jerry (Kathy) Knapp, Lenexa; Teresa Songs, Topeka; grandchildren, Joan Sutton, Matthew Songs, Cheyenne Pell, Jason Hannaman; great-grandchildren, Talor, Grace, Anna, Maddox, Isaac, Ian, Kendall, Wyatt, McKenzie, Jackson, Josephine, Marin and Arlo; sister, Mary Lou Little; and brother, Leland Moshier, both of Manhattan. She was preceded in death by siblings, John, William, Walter and Dennis Moshier, Lenora Wunders, Alice Ruth Booth and Elsie Hobbs; and a great-grandson, Drew Sutton.
Cremation has taken place and private family memorial services will take place.
