Howard L. Nix, 81, of Topeka, died Thursday, May 23, 2013 at his home. He was born June1, 1931 in Mobridge, SD, the son of Lawrence H. and Maimie L. Nix.
Howard is survived by his sons, Larry, Howard, Vern and Leon Nix; brothers, Larry, Stanley and John Nix. He is preceded in death by his wife Rosemary.
Per his wishes, Howard was cremated. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 31st at Assumption Catholic Church, 204 SW 8th Ave. in Topeka.
