Howard W. Ritchey, Jr., 70, Topeka, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at a care center In Junction City.
Howard "JR", was born April 29, 1949 in Topeka, the son of Howard W. and Florence E. (Feik) Ritchey. He graduated from Scranton High School in 1969.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war.
He was a self-employed carpenter.
Survivors include siblings, Barbara Lewis, Sally Williams, Floyd Ragsdale, Frank Ragsdale, Linda Scheidegger, Norma Luebbe and Mary Clark, all of Topeka; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents.
Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date.
