Jack L. Frost, 82, a lifelong Topeka resident, passed away November 18, 2013. He was employed by Adams Business Forms for 45 years.
He married Dorothy VerBrugge on Sept. 25, 1983. She survives. Jack is also survived by three sons, Steven, David and Randy; two daughters, Donna Castaldo and Carol Engles; his step-daughter, Kim Horn; 3 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday, November 22, 2013 from 10:00AM-12:00PM at Mt. Hope Mausoleum Chapel, Mt. Hope Cemetery. Private inurnment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
