Jackie Percival, 49, of Burlingame, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020.
He was born Jackie Douglas Percival, in Lawrence, Kansas, the son of Leonard and Edna (Vandruff) Percival. Jackie was employed as a truck driver for Concrete Supply of Topeka (CST).
Jackie married Sharla Hickock on May 30, 1992, in Olathe, Kansas.
Survivors include his wife, Sharla Percival; sons Zach, Isaac, Matt and Adam Percival, all of Burlingame; and his mother Edna. He was preceded in death by his father.
Jackie was cremated.
