Jacob Richardson, 23, Auburn, died Saturday, October 29, 2005 as a result of an automobile accident.

Jacob was born April 30, 1982 in Topeka, the son of James R. and Anita R. Richardson. He graduated from Mission Valley High School in 2001where he played football and wrestled. He graduated from Allen County Community College in 2003.

Jacob was a member of Seabrook United Church of Christ. He was employed as an Assistant Manager at Vanderbilts Western Wear in Topeka.

Jacob is survived by his parents, a brother and sister-in-law, Matthew and Melissa Richardson, Wichita and a sister, Kristine Richardson, Topeka; grandparents, Dale and Dorothy Richardson and Matilda Bonnel all of Topeka; and his faithful Labrador companions, Libby, Princess, Thumper and Gussie. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Delbert Bonnel.

A Graveside service will be at 10:30 A.M. on Friday, November 4, 2005 at the Dover Cemetery. Jacob will lie in state after 12:00 Noon on Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jacob Richardson Memorial Fund, c/o Capital Federal Savings, 700 S. Kansas Avenue, Topeka, Kansas 66603.
