Jacqueline Carol Brockmeier, 84, Topeka, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2018 at a local hospital.
Carol was born December 24, 1933 in Pawnee City, NE, the daughter of Everette L. and Melba A (Miller) Williams. She graduated from Pawnee City High School.
She was employed as a Telephone Operator in Lincoln, NE in the early 1950's
She and her former husband Roy, owned and operated Puryear-Brockmeier Funeral Home in Herington for many years.
Carol resided in Manhattan Ks. for several years, and most recently in Topeka Ks. at Rolling Hills Assisted Living.
Survivors include sons, Mark (Terri) Moser, Manhattan, Robin Moser, Olympia, WA, and daughter, Heidi (Jeff) Dick, Berryton; grandchildren, Jesse, Amy, Nicklaus, Malia, Max, Sydney, and Kaitlyn; and siblings, Peggy Gamble, Norma Kice, Doris Warrick, Richard Williams and Wayne Williams. She was preceded in death by her father Everette, mother Melba, and brother David Williams.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road. A reception will follow the service at the funeral home. A burial will be at a later date at Pawnee City Cemetery, Pawnee City, Nebraska.
