Jacqueline Kay "Jackie" (Martin) Lytle, 56, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
She was born April 1, 1964, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Ralph Jerome and Renetta (DeVader) Martin. She was a graduate of Royal Valley High School and later became a Certified Emergency Medical Technician.
Jackie was employed by American Medical Response, was a Certified Nurse's Assistant and taught at WTI in Topeka.
She was a member of Citizens Band Potawatomi Tribe.
She is survived by include her daughter, Mariah Fleming; her significant other, Ronald Phillips; her close friends, Ashley Badia and Kelsey Otter both of Topeka, all of Topeka; her mother, Renetta Vaught of Mayetta; her sisters, Jenny Bailey of Mayetta, KS and Janice Flax of Collyer, KS; her brothers, Jerry Martin of Georgia, William "Bill" DeVader of Whiting, KS and Russell Martin of Wichita, KS; her canine companions, Streak, Cupcake and Buster and feline companions, Pumpkin and Lilly.
She was preceded in death by her father; her sister, Roma Martin; and her brother, Richard Martin.
Jackie loved spending time with family and friends. She also loved her animals and enjoyed watching Supernatural on TV with her daughter Mariah. Her favorite quote from the show by Bobby Singer was "A wise man once told me that family doesn't end with blood, but doesn't start there either. Family is there through good, bad, all of it. They got your back even when it hurts".
Honoring her request, cremation is planned. A Celebration of Jackie's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Wanamaker Woods Church of the Nazarene, 3501 SW Wanamaker Rd.
