James "Frank" Boudreau, 77, Topeka, passed away May 1, 2011. He was born July 11, 1933, in Troy, New York. He is survived by his wife, Shirley D. Boudreau, of the home. At his request, Mr. Boudreau was cremated and private family services will be conducted at a later date. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
