James E. Bagby

James E. Bagby, 73, Topeka, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2007 at KU Medical Center after battling injuries from a vehicle accident. Loving Husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by his wife of 47 years Luella, sons Richard and Michael, and 5 grandkids. Also surviving is his sister Betty Schneider and brother, Don Bagby and countless nieces and nephews. Preceded in death are his mother Leo and father Eugene Bagby. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Newcomer Family Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the KU Endowment Association for a nursing scholarship at the School of Nursing, 3900 SW Rainbow, Kansas City, KS 66160.
