James Michael Gordon, 37, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021.
He was born December 22, 1983, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Michael and Lisa (Brier) Gordon. He attended Topeka public schools and Washburn University.
James was self-employed as a bladesman, building beautiful knives from scratch and selling them all over the world.
He loved to travel throughout the world - especially Europe. In his free time he was especially fond of canoeing on the south Missouri rivers.
Survivors include his parents; sister Molly (Rob) of Topeka; nephew Jack of Topeka; many loving aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents James and Juanita Gordon, Jim and Joanne Brier and baby sister Sarah.
James was cremated. A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st, Topeka, KS, 66604-3720.
