Jane Elliott Shuter Moore, 67, Topeka, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Aldersgate Village.
Jane was born December 9, 1950 in Lawrence, MA., the daughter of Charles E. and Hazel L. (Wright) Shuter. She graduated from Ashland High School in Ashland, MA in 1968 and Framingham State College in 1972.
She taught Elementary and Middle School in Georgia before retiring because of health reasons.
Heaven just welcomed the most beautiful angel. She was beautiful inside and out. She made an example of how to live with grace and dignity, despite battling MS for 36 years. She had an incredibly strong faith, a wonderful sense of humor and a warm smile. She had a twinkle in her eyes and zest for living.
Survivors include her daughter, Cara (Roy) Croxton, Acworth, GA; grandchildren, Jonathan Charles and Avery Jane Croxton; sister, Ruth (Ken) Ohm, Topeka; nephews, Robert (Sarah) O'Loughlin, Gary (Cheryl) Ohm; and great-nephews, Garrett , Kaven, Sean, and Kevin.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Aldersgate Village, Elmhurst Neighborhood. Private inurnment will be at a later date.
