Janet L. Kuzanek

Janet Lee Kuzanek, 94, of Chicago, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025 in Topeka Kansas at Legends Capital Ridge. 

She was born on November 12, 1930 to Samuel and Beryl (West) Price in Chicago Illinois. 

After spending her early adult life raising 4 boys, Janet retired from the First National Bank of Chicago where she worked as an Account Executive. 

On August 4 1951 , she married Edward Kuzanek. Janet and Edward lived in the Chicago Illinois area, before retiring to Las Vegas Nevada in 1996. Janet and Edward enjoyed entertaining and traveling with friends during retirement. 

She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star. 

Janet is survived by her sons; David (Pamela) Kuzanek, Dwight (Sheryl) Kuzanek, Douglas (Nova) Kuzanek; 9 Grandchildren; and 16 Great-Grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Kuzanek, son Dennis Kuzanek, sister June Groeneveld, and parents Samuel and Beryl Price.
