Jannett S. Allen, 64, of Topeka, passed away July 17, 2016 at Kansas City, Kansas. She was born to Katherine (Rosean) Sullivan on September 15, 1951 at Topeka.
Jannett was a horticulturist who enjoyed planting as well as sewing and beading. She is survived by her life partner, Ronald Harmon; her children: Racheal Trejo Torres and Victor C. Allen; her grandchildren: Danielle Harper, Victor C. Harper, Tanner Harper, Rashad Williams and Ethan McLaughlin; and her sisters Betty Nelson, Candy Phifer and Billie Nguyen .
A celebration of her life will be held July 22nd, 7 p.m., at 1100 Madison Street, Richey Historical Site. Please bring a covered dish for passing, chairs, coolers or your drink.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution can be made to Envista Credit Union to Jannett Sue Allen Memorial Fund.
