Jean Katherine Robinson

Jean Katherine Robinson, 78, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at her home. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 19, 1926, the daughter of Dennis and Jane Hanley Collins. Mrs. Robinson was a registered nurse and served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. In her retirement, she loved learning and earned a degree in social work at Washburn University. Mrs. Robinson was a devoted mother and wife. She is survived by her daughter Barbara and her husband David Cullen of Topeka , her son Kenneth and his wife Stacy of Denton, Texas and three grandchildren, Loretta, Mitchell and Brice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted Robinson in 1999. Cremation has taken place. Graveside inurnment services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Penwell-Gabel Memorial Park Cemetery. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
