Jeanette Anderson

Jeanette Kathryn Anderson, 81, of Topeka, passed away March 18, 2012. She was born February 4, 1931 at Marysville, Kansas to Raymond L. and Nellie L. (Wolff) Ellenbecker. She was raised in Marysville and graduated from Marysville High School.
She married Earl A. Anderson. He preceded her in death in January of 1986. She was employed by Southwestern Bell and Sears Roebuck in Topeka. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano with her family and friends.

Jeanette is survived by her children, Eric Anderson of Topeka, Terri Anderson of Topeka, Nancy Gruentzel and her husband Tom of Mt. Airy, Maryland, Sue Anderson of Lawrence, Marc Anderson and his wife Jeanette of Moses Lake, Washington, John Anderson of Topeka, and Bill Anderson and his wife Angie of Topeka; five grandchildren, Katie Gruentzel, Claire Anderson, Aleigha Anderson, Emily Anderson and Jacob Gruentzel; one great-grandchild, Brooklyn Haught; siblings, Phyllis Hammet, Marysville, KS, Mona Colson, Panacea, FL, Mary Merica, Omaha, NE, and Fred Ellenbecker, Bayfield, CO. Her brother, John Ellenbecker preceded her in death.

A graveside memorial service and inurnment will be held at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Ave. Topeka, KS, on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 11:00AM.
