Jeffrey L. "Papoose" Harness, 54, Topeka, passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 at Midland Hospice House.
Papoose was born August 11, 1957 in Topeka, the son of Virgil and Elizabeth (Eteeyan) Harness. He graduated from Highland Park High School. He was a self employed auto mechanic.
Survivors include daughter, Jamira Harness, Omaha, NE; son, Jeffrey L. Harness, Jr, Lake of the Ozarks, MO; 6 grandchildren; several brothers and a sister. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ingrid Harness. No public services are scheduled and private family inurnment will be at a later date.
Arrangements have been made through Dove Cremation and Funeral Service.
