Jennifer Janelle Jones-Lopez, 45, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. She was born June 6, 1977 in Hays, Kansas, the daughter of James Roderick and Elaine K. (King) Jones, Jr.

Jennifer graduated from Washington High School in Kansas City, Kansas. She was employed as a Nurse's Aide.

Survivors include her daughters, Mikayla Jones of Kansas City, Kansas, Alise Jones of Kansas City, Kansas, mother, Elaine Jones of Kansas City, Kansas, her father, James Roderick Jones, Jr. of Kansas City, Missouri, her sister, Carminya Ivory of Kansas City, Kansas, and her brother, James Roderick Jones, III of Kansas City, Kansas.

A Private Celebration of Jennifer's Life and private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave., is assisting the family with service arrangements.
