Jessalynn Julianna Hernandez, daughter of Jessie and Jessica J. (Lozada) Hernandez passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
Survivors include her parents, Jessie and Jessica Hernandez of Topeka, her siblings, Jessenia, Jesstin, and Jessiah, her paternal grandparents, Jesus Hernandez and Dalia and Shaun Radford , her maternal grandparents, Jose and Sandy Lozada and Lenore Sanchez and uncles, Benjamin Guerrero, Julian Lozada, Ricardo and Ernesto Hernandez and aunts, Cynthia Hernandez.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
