John W. "Dad" Crouch, 60, Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at his residence.
John was born December 3, 1945 in Fort Worth, Texas the son of Raymond and Clara (Brown) Crouch.
He was employed for 40 years at the Topeka Country Club as a cook.
Survivors include his former wife, Sharon Crouch, Topeka; sons, Adam Crouch, and Jason Crouch, Topeka, Erik Crouch, Wichita; 1 grandson, Tyler Crouch; and sister, Carolyn Dennon, Tecumseh.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30, 2006 at Newcomer Family Funeral Home.
