Joseph C. Cerella, 73, of Topeka, passed away May 29, 2014. He was born February 16, 1941 at Malden, Massachusetts. He entered the US Navy in 1958 and served aboard the USS Lake Champlain. He supported the VFW, various military organizations and Boys Town of America.
Joseph is survived by his 2 daughters and step-son, David F. Roberts of Leavenworth, KS.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM Monday, June 2, 2014 at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas with military honors presented by a Kansas National Guard Military Funeral Honors team.
