Joyce A. Stuckey

Joyce A. Stuckey, 75, of Topeka, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024 at a Topeka care facility. She was born February 10, 1949 in Topeka, the daughter of William E. and Laura M. (Dillard) Fritts.

Joyce graduated from Highland Park High School in 1967. She was employed by Frito Lay for over 30 years. 

Joyce married James Stuckey on August 12, 1967 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He preceded her in death on April 6, 2006. She was also preceded in death by her son, Brian on February 4, 2022.

Joyce is survived by her brother, Mark, her niece, Amanda and nephews, Andrew and Tim and her sister-in-law, Karen. 

Joyce will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - Noon Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. 

Private graveside services will take place at West Lawn Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 SW 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
