Juan was born January 30, 1984 in Ventura, CA, the son of Gustavo Ruiz Martinez; and Josefina Nunez Hernandez. Survivors include his parents; his wife, Guadalupe Alverado Vega; son, Francisco Javier Ruiz-Alverado; sister, Azucena Ruiz; and brothers, David and Jose Ruiz.
Funeral services will be held in Santa Ana, Mexico with the San Francisco Casa Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting with local arrangements.
