Judith A. "Judy" King, 77, formerly of Topeka, passed away September 30, 2014. She was born August 26, 1937 at Atchison, Kansas to George R. and Sarah (Wright) Jones. She graduated from Pine Bluff High School, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas in 1955.

She married Donald Dean King on February 20, 1969 at Topeka, Kansas. Judy worked as a unit coordinator at St. Francis Hospital for 13 years before her retirement. She was a member of West Side Christian Church.

Surviving Judy are her 4 sons: Stephen (Jeanette) King of Overbrook; Jerry (Denise) King of Topeka; David (Diane) King of Jefferson City, MO; Frank (Suzie) King of Lenexa, KS; one daughter, Linda Remillard of Wichita, KS; 13 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren; and one brother John Jones.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dean; daughter Cynthia King; and granddaughter Sarah Graham.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014 from 7-9PM at West Side Christian Church, 432 SW Lindenwood Ave. The funeral service will also be held at the church on Friday, Oct. 3 at 11:00AM. Burial will follow the funeral service at West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
