Judith A. Payne, 60, of Topeka, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, August 23, 2018.
She was born February 28, 1958 in Topeka, the daughter of Robert J. Richardson and Ernestine M. Payne.
Judith attended schools in Topeka and Dodge City.
She was employed by the State of Kansas, Department of Revenue for 26 years..
Survivors include her long time friend, Mickie Long; sons, LaSha D. (Crystal) Williams, Robert Williams, 0r., Darnell (Angie) Williams; grandchildren, DeVoughnta Hamlin, Brendan Barker, LaSha Williams Jr., Robert Williams, Jr., Cash'Mere Williams, Sin'Cere Williams, Dawnicia Davis, Shyan Williams, Zyi'aonna Williams and Jada Charles; and sister, Janet Henderson, She was preceded in death by her parents; and 4 siblings.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2845 SE Minnesota. Burial will follow at Mount Auburn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 30. 2018 at the funeral home.
