Justin Paul Sumner, age 22, of Topeka, died quietly in his sleep on Friday, March 16, 2007. Justin was born in Fredonia, Kansas on March 30, 1984 to Paul David and Anita Faye Reinhart Sumner. He attended the Lutheran Elementary Schools in Independence and Topeka. He attended Shawnee Heights High School, was a graduate of Wichita Technical Institute and was a Certified Electronics Technician. He leaves his beloved partner, Kaitlyn Haynes and a son, Noah James, his father, mother, brother Pvt. Jordan Lee Sumner and grandparents Don and Lola Reinhart of Fredonia and Ralph N. Sumner, M.D., Fredonia and Mary V. Sumner of Topeka. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Graveside committal services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Fredonia Cemetery, Fredonia, KS. Justin will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Monday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel where the family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Noah James Sumner educational fund c/o Commerce Bank & Trust, 830 S.
