Justine M. Conway

Justine "Margie" Conway, 78, Topeka, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, May 18, 2011. She was born August 1, 1932 in Valley Falls, KS, to Raymond and Blanche (Forsythe) Laird.
Justine married Ed Conway on Oct. 28, 1948 in Oskaloosa, KS. They lived most of their married life in California. She is survived by her children, Dean (Merlene) Conway, Debbie (Jerry) Carpenter, James "Mick" (Melanie) Conway, Terry (Robert) Gonzalez, Cheryl Escalante; sisters, Norma Cherrington, Marcia Robison; 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by infant daughter, Kelly and brother, Robert Laird.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m., Thursday, May 26 at the Kaw Ward of the L.D.S. Church, 2401 SW Kingsrow Rd., Topeka, KS 66614. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Penwell Gabel Cemetery in Topeka, KS.
