Keith Robert Fazel
Keith Robert Fazel, 30, of Topeka, went home to Jesus on Saturday, May 2, 2009 surrounded by his family and friends.
He was born December 6, 1978 in Topeka, the son of Steve and Roberta (White) Fazel.
Keith was employed by Ci Ci's Pizza for 7 years. He has touched many lives with his unconditional love and friendship for everyone he came in contact with. He always enjoyed life and looked forward to new challenges even with his health conditions.
Survivors include his parents; brother, Matthew Fazel; sister, Katelin Fazel, his grandmother, Joy White all of Topeka; in addition to many relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SW Minnesota Ave. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Gardens. Keith will lie in state after 3 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
