Kenneth L. Delong

Kenneth L. "Kenny" DeLong, 74, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021. He was born January 22, 1947 in Topeka, the son of Rinoldo J. and Helen C. (Crady) DeLong.
Kenny graduated from Shawnee Heights High School in 1966. He was employed as a Supervisor for the Kansas Department of Transportation for 40 years before retiring.
Survivors include his cousins, Jim (Shirley) Arnold of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, Travis (Amy) Arnold of South Africa, Jannelle (Shane) Mayfield of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, Dale (Nancy) Musick of Brunswick, Ohio, Dale Musick, Jr. of Overbrook, Julie (Daryl) Lindemann of Brunswick, Ohio, Bishop and Crady Arnold, Hensley and Becket Mayfield, Dale Lee Musick and Samantha, Brandon and Nate Lindemann.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 27, 2021 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery southeast of Topeka.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the California Acres Church of Christ, 2200 SE 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66607 or to the organization of the donor's choice.
