Kenneth Lee Dugan, Sr.

Kenneth L. Dugan, Sr., 63, of Topeka, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017. He was born January 10, 1953 in Independence, Kansas, the son of Oscar and Corrine (Byrd) Dugan.
Kenneth was employed by Life Bridge Inc. He was a member of El Shaddai Ministries.
Kenneth married Toni G. Wash on April 19, 2014 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include life-long friend and companions, Eva Jo Dugan and Sandra Watson, children, Shavonne L. Jones, Kenneth Lee Dugan, Jr., David D. Dugan, Don C. Dugan, Kennisha J. (Tyron) Walker, step-children, Angela B. (David) Woods, Rana N. Kayhill, Samantha D. Mattox, Ashley N. (Reid) Smith, Tracy R. (Isiah) Burnett, Christopher M. (Alena) Wash, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, his devoted sister, Patty (Arbra) Allen and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and God-Mother, Aunt Mae.
Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 20, 2017 at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Avenue, Topeka KS 66605. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
