He was born March 12, 1956 in Manhattan, Kansas, the son of Abraham and Marian (Baker) Holiwell. He was a graduate of Manhattan High School.
Kenneth is survived by his siblings, Clyde (Janis) Holiwell, Topeka, Josephine Guliford, Rowlett, TX, Jeff Holiwell, Manhattan, KS, Dennis Holiwell, San Antonio, TX, Rodney Holiwell, Anna, TX, Gary (Mary) Holiwell, Bedford, TX and Susan Holiwell, Dallas, TX; and several nieces and nephews.
