Kevin James Rice, 52, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at his home.
He was born on January 20, 1960 in Topeka, Kansas to Richard A. and Sharon R. (Ridley) Rice. He attended Highland Park High School and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Kevin is survived by his mother, Sharon R. Rice of Topeka; brother, Darryl Rice of Chanute, KS; sister, Shelley Rice of Topeka and numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces and a nephew.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Burial will follow with military honors in the Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 30 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Breakthrough House, 815 SE 5th, Topeka, KS 66603.
