Kevin Lee McGinnis, 44, of Berryton, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at a Topeka hospital. He was born on June 4, 1974 in Topeka, the son of Charles R. and Sylvia J. (Domme) McGinnis.
Kevin graduated from Shawnee Heights High School in 1992. He was a member of the Tecumseh United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Ocean McGinnis of Topeka, his mother, Sylvia McGinnis of Topeka and his sister, Shelly (David) Wulfkuhle of Lecompton, his companion, Alice Harnisch of Berryton and his niece, Macy (Jarrod) Scott and his nephew, Jason Wulfkuhle.
A Celebration of Kevin's Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Tecumseh United Methodist Church. Private inurnment will take place in Stull Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Tecumseh United Methodist Church, 334 SE Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh, Kansas 66542.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
