Larry Dee Moore, 68, of Scranton, passed away Friday, May 27, 2022.
He was born October 18, 1953, in Holton, Kansas the son of William Leslie Jr. and Martha Jean (Sheets) Moore. He graduated from Wetmore High School in 1971.
Larry was employed by the Kansas Department of Transportation as a land surveyor for over 30 years, retiring in 2008.
Survivors include his children, Darcy Farnsworth (Dan) of Lumberton, Texas, Jessica Hughes (Scott) of Topeka and David Moore of Carbondale, Kansas; three granddaughters, two grandsons and a great-grandbaby on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Steve Moore, Vicki Ketter, and his twin brother Gary Moore.
Larry enjoyed HAM radios, golfing and learning new things.
Larry was cremated. A memorial ceremony will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Wetmore Cemetery.
